- 40 pages Album Lay-out or 20 pages spread (1 spread = 2 pages)
- Proofs of photo will be available after 1 week (from the event date)
- Proposed album lay-out (3 months after the submission of chosen pictures)
- 150 to 180 selected chosen pictures(album) / 1 picture (portrait)
- Album release (6 weeks after the approval of proposed lay-out)
- Minimum of 6 months processing of album
- Video: Minimum of 3 months processing
